Ebben az esetben \u2013 a hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s visszavon\u00e1s\u00e1ig \u2013 adatait direkt marketing \u00e9s\/vagy h\u00edrlev\u00e9l k\u00fcld\u00e9se c\u00e9lj\u00e1b\u00f3l is kezelj\u00fck, \u00e9s rekl\u00e1mokat, egy\u00e9b k\u00fcldem\u00e9nyeket, valamint t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00f3kat \u00e9s aj\u00e1nlatokat k\u00fcld\u00fcnk \u00d6nnek, \u00e9s\/vagy h\u00edrleveleket tov\u00e1bb\u00edtunk (a Grtv. 6. \u00a7-a). Hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1t a direkt marketinghez \u00e9s a h\u00edrlevelekhez egy\u00fctt vagy k\u00fcl\u00f6n-k\u00fcl\u00f6n is megadhatja, \u00e9s azt\/azokat b\u00e1rmikor, ingyenesen visszavonhatja. A regisztr\u00e1ci\u00f3 t\u00f6rl\u00e9se minden esetben a hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s visszavon\u00e1s\u00e1nak min\u0151s\u00fcl. A direkt marketing \u00e9s\/vagy h\u00edrlev\u00e9l c\u00e9l\u00fa adatkezel\u00e9shez adott hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s visszavon\u00e1s\u00e1t nem tekintj\u00fck egyidej\u0171leg a weboldalunkkal kapcsolatos adatkezel\u00e9shez adott hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s visszavon\u00e1s\u00e1nak. Ha tiltakozik szem\u00e9lyes adatainak kezel\u00e9se ellen, a tiltakoz\u00e1st a k\u00e9relem beny\u00fajt\u00e1s\u00e1t\u00f3l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 15 napon (de legfeljebb 1 h\u00f3napon) bel\u00fcl megvizsg\u00e1ljuk, \u00e9s d\u00f6nt\u00e9s\u00fcnkr\u0151l \u00edr\u00e1sban t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatjuk. Ha \u00fagy d\u00f6nt\u00f6tt\u00fcnk, hogy tiltakoz\u00e1sa megalapozott, az adatkezel\u00e9st \u2013 bele\u00e9rtve a tov\u00e1bbi adatfelv\u00e9telt \u00e9s adattov\u00e1bb\u00edt\u00e1st \u2013 megsz\u00fcntetj\u00fck, \u00e9s az adatokat z\u00e1roljuk, valamint a tiltakoz\u00e1sr\u00f3l \u00e9s az annak alapj\u00e1n tett int\u00e9zked\u00e9sekr\u0151l \u00e9rtes\u00edtj\u00fck mindazokat, akik r\u00e9sz\u00e9re a tiltakoz\u00e1ssal \u00e9rintett szem\u00e9lyes adatot kor\u00e1bban tov\u00e1bb\u00edtottuk, \u00e9s akik k\u00f6telesek int\u00e9zkedni a tiltakoz\u00e1si jog \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben. Megtagadjuk a k\u00e9relem teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t, ha bizony\u00edtjuk, hogy az adatkezel\u00e9st olyan k\u00e9nyszer\u00edt\u0151 erej\u0171 jogos okok indokolj\u00e1k, amelyek els\u0151bbs\u00e9get \u00e9lveznek az \u00d6n \u00e9rdekeivel, jogaival \u00e9s szabads\u00e1gaival szemben, vagy amelyek jogi ig\u00e9nyek el\u0151terjeszt\u00e9s\u00e9hez, \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez vagy v\u00e9delm\u00e9hez kapcsol\u00f3dnak. Amennyiben d\u00f6nt\u00e9s\u00fcnkkel nem \u00e9rt egyet, vagy hat\u00e1rid\u0151t mulasztunk, a d\u00f6nt\u00e9s k\u00f6zl\u00e9s\u00e9t\u0151l, illetve a hat\u00e1rid\u0151 utols\u00f3 napj\u00e1t\u00f3l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 30 napon bel\u00fcl b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz fordulhat. Az adatv\u00e9delmi perek elb\u00edr\u00e1l\u00e1sa a t\u00f6rv\u00e9nysz\u00e9k hat\u00e1sk\u00f6r\u00e9be tartozik; a per \u2013 az \u00e9rintett v\u00e1laszt\u00e1sa szerint \u2013 az \u00e9rintett \u00e1lland\u00f3 vagy tart\u00f3zkod\u00e1si helye szerinti t\u00f6rv\u00e9nysz\u00e9k el\u0151tt is megind\u00edthat\u00f3. K\u00fclf\u00f6ldi \u00e1llampolg\u00e1r a lak\u00f3helye szerint illet\u00e9kes fel\u00fcgyeleti hat\u00f3s\u00e1gn\u00e1l is tehet panaszt.
